OUR POWERFUL SYSTEM KILLS BACTERIA WITHOUT WASTING WATER.
ABOUT US
Founded in 2017, Island Bin Cleaners was created with the simple yet wonderful goal of providing our community with effective, environmentally friendly bin cleaning services at affordable prices; something never before seen on the islands.
As members of this community ourselves, we felt our beautiful island could use this innovative service, and thus, Island Bin Cleaners was born.
Since our inception in 2017, we have stuck steadfastly to our commitment to helping our fellow community members live healthier lives by eliminating harmful bacteria from very commonly used items: waste disposal bins.
Our cleaning system was created to eliminate up to 99.9% of harmful bacteria in your bins, using 75% less water than the average pressure hose, we continue our commitment to using eco-friendly processes that are safe for both your home and the environment.
WHAT WE DO
HOW it Works
It’s a gorgeous Oahu day, and you can’t wait to get outside and see the sun. But the rubbish from last night’s takeout has to go. You walk outside to the dumpster and — what on earth is that smell? It’s every disgusting thing you’ve ever smelled and then some. Rotting, dirty, and spoiled all at the same time. That’s where we at Island Bin Cleaners come in.
This means that the chemicals and wastewater from your trash bin are getting washed into the storm drain and flowing directly into our canals, rivers, and our ocean, causing great harm to the ecosystem. And if for some reason that doesn’t stop you, dumping into public storm drains is illegal!
The water that flows down the drain inside your home goes to a sewage treatment facility, but the storm drain system is completely separate. Water in the storm drain receives no treatment or filtering.
Island Bin Cleaners is passionate about protecting our environment. All of our products are Green Seal Certified and our self-contained cleaning truck stores all of that waste so it can be disposed of properly and stays out of our storm drains!
