Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, we do. Gift Certificates are sold in any increment starting at $30.

How do you know which bins should be cleaned?

We ask that you label your bin with a bright colored tape, string, sticker, or anything that you can find and let us know. This will ensure that we clean the correct bins.

What if we are not satisfied or the bins that were cleaned were my neighbor’s bins?

If by chance you are not satisfied or we cleaned the wrong bins, we will come back and do the job again.

Why was my grey bin cleaned but not the blue/green bins?

If you have multiple bins that need to be cleaned and not all were cleaned on the day of service, several things could have happened. If your blue/green bins are full and it has glass, grass, branches, dirt and other debris, we are unable to take it with us as it can break the truck causing a delay in services. Another reason we may have not cleaned the bins is if the bins are full and our truck is full as well. In either case, we will come back to clean or will issue a refund for the bins not cleaned.

Why was my credit card charged and service wasn’t completed?

In this instance you are probably on our automatic payment system. If you would like us to invoice you manually instead, give us a call or send an email and we can set that up for you.

I signed up for service but can’t find a place to schedule?

We will contact you within 24 hours after you place your order, to schedule your cleaning.
